39d7929d61 Improve the error output from goimports 
This causes goimports to provide additional information if the
"local-prefixes" option has been set.

dramatically reduce memory usage (#758) 
Run all linters per package. It allows unloading package data when it's
processed. It dramatically reduces memory (and CPU because of GC) usage.
